This is a new range of Rum from Château du Breuil.
After distillation and maturation in their original country, all the rums are matured for several months in the cellars of the premium Calvados producer before being bottled. The refining by the Cellar Master is different for each origin.
THE MATURING OF THE CELLAR MASTER
The American oak barrel having contained a spirit drink based on Cognac increases the aromatic and softens the woodiness, which gives amplitude in the mouth. There are notes of candied fruit, raisins and cinnamon. Thanks to the refining, we succeed in melting the tannins and we obtain a gain in roundness.
TASTING NOTES
COLOR: Clear copper
NOSE: Its nose expresses itself on floral honey, ripe bananas and a light caramel, depth of delicate candied fruits.
MOUTH: The palate, initially light and floral, envelops the palate. Then appear notes of cooked banana, citrus fruits and cocoa. The finish is smooth with flavors of cinnamon and raisin
