CAVE DE TAIN is producing high-quality wines since 1933. Located at the foot of the Hermitage hillside, the winery produces 5 “cru” wines (appellations Hermitage, Crozes-Hermitage, Saint Joseph, Cornas and Saint Peray), making it the leading producer of “cru” wines in the northern Rhône Valley with 893ha of vineyard in the region.
Cave de Tain is a pioneer in sustainable development in the Northern Rhône Valley, a certified global approach undertaken since 2009; The entire vineyard is farmed using ‘reasoned’ farming, and a part of it using organic farming.
