This cuvée is mainly elaborated from Premiers and Grands Crus wine from the Montagne de Reims, completed by a plot selection from the village of Riceys.

Characterized by its vinosity and aromatic richness, without altering its freshness. Aromas of fresh red fruits and blackcurrant bring to this Blanc de Noirs a unique character.

“Freshness and richness combined, with a distinct salted-peanut edge to the apricot, pear, biscuit, hazelnut and crumble character. Medium-bodied with a creamy and mouth-filling mousse. Balance of elegance and density. 100% pinot noir from 80% Verzenay and 20% Les Riceys. 2016 base, with 20% reserve from 2015. Disgorged 2021. 6g/L dosage.
