The wine is aged in oak barrels. After 12 to 15 months of ageing, the wines are bottled.

Very brilliant robe. Nose presents mall red fruits notes (raspberry, cherry) and liquorice aromas. In mouth, the wine is subtil and delicate and very pleasant. Well-structured and elegant tannins.

Grape: 100% Pinot Noir

Pertuisots is located in the southern half of Beaune's belt of Premier Cru vineyards. It is below the Les Aigrots vineyard on the bank of the Côte d'Or escarpment, with Les Vignes Franches just to the south.

The name of the site comes from the old word "pertuis". meaning sloping ledge.

Full of charm in its youth, this wine can age easily and develop more complex notes ranging from leather to undergrowth.

Grape: 100% Pinot Noir

"A brooding and decidedly reluctant nose features a plethora of Corton-like elements including wild red berries, underbrush, earth and a whiff of the sauvage. The medium weight flavors are at once rich yet reasonably precise and more mineral-driven before culminating in a muscular and solidly complex if firmly structured and youthfully austere finale. This is definitely firm, but the supporting tannins are already well-integrated." - Burghound, 93 Points
