Bouscassé's Pacherencs are ranked among the world's greatest white wines.

Late Harvest from end of November - passerillage / Fermentation in 100% new oak barrels on fine lees / Ageing 14 months in barrels of 228L on lees before bottling.

Grape: 100% Petit Manseng

The region’s wine portfolio, meanwhile, includes sweet wines from Jurancon; tannic, full-blooded reds from Cahors and Madiran; sparkling wines from Gaillac; and dry whites produced from a wide range of different grape varieties.

Bouscassé is one of the big names of Madiran. The property includes 50 hectares of superb clay-limestone terroir along the cliff in the commune of Maumusson-Laguian.

Lying between the Atlantic Ocean and the Pyrenees Mountains, the spectacular hillside vineyard of Montus, overlooking the Adour Valley, is producing some of the finest Madiran.
