Provence has a relatively small number of appellations given its size, the largest of which is Cotes de Provence. The region has developed in 1955, like in Bordeaux, a classified ranking for wine estates. Only 18 estates are classified today.<br />
The main red &amp; rose grape variety throughout Provence is Mourvedre. It is often blended with Grenache and Cinsault. Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah are rising in prominence. Ugni-Blanc, Rolle are used for white wines.<br />
The region is known predominantly for its rosé, which accounts for nearly 75% of wine production.</p>

The vineyard has been classified as a Côtes de Provence Cru Classé since 1955. Only 18 vineyards are classified in Provence.<br />
The estate is covering 100 hectares divided in 65% for rose, 20% red &amp; 15% white. It is located in La Londe des Maures, a village close to the Mediterranean Sea, which benefits all year round from an exceptional climate and sunshine exposure.<br />
The vineyard is 100% organic since 2003 and more recently 100% Vegan, without use of animal products or derivatives.</p>
