Mombasa Club Gin is distilled using traditional methods, with botanicals (juniper, cassia bark, angelica root, coriander seed, clove and cumin) immersed in the spirit and batch distillation, using neutral alcohol that has previously been distilled four times.
The result is a bold, spicy flavour profile.
Mombasa Gin Club Colonel’s Reserve is a special limited edition. It is distilled following the traditional method known as batch distillation. The grain is predominately wheat with some barley. After three distillations the botanicals are left to macerate for 48 hours before the final distillation is produced in a 500 litre Pot Still. This prolonged period allows the alcohol to extract much more flavours and oils from the botanicals and gives a much more intense and roundness to the final product.

Gin Xoriguer

Gin Xoriguer has been created at the beginning of the 20th century by Miguel Pons Justo, head of one of the first Menorcan families to produce the local gin.
To reflect the family’s long history as millers, he named the gin after the emblem of his family’s old milling business: Xoriguer, the old windmill, built in 1784, in which many generations of the family had converted bushels of wheat to flour.
Xoriguer Gin from Menorca is not derived from grain alcohol but from wine alcohol (eau de vie de vin), making it more akin to brandy.
Due to its particular origins, tradition & characteristics, the Gin XORIGUER has received from the EEC the geographical protection, E.T.G. MAHON – MENORCA, which is very unique.
