Burgundy (or Bourgogne in French) is a legendary wine region in eastern France.<\/p>\n
Most of the red wines are made from pinot noir grapes and white from chardonnay grapes.<\/p>\n
Burgundy has a higher number of AOCs than any other French region, often seen as the most terroir conscious. The various AOCs are classified from grand cru vineyards down to non-specific regional appellations.<\/p>\n
Chablis is the furthest north-region and produces some of the greatest whites.<\/p>\n
Further south lies the C\u00f4te d\u2019Or, split into C\u00f4te de Nuits, home to many of the world\u2019s finest Pinot Noir wines, and C\u00f4te de Beaune where Chardonnay plays a more prominent role, though outstanding red and white are produced throughout.<\/p>\n

Born into winemaking families, C\u00e9line and Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Gueguen embarked on their own adventure in 2013. They created their Domaine nestled in the heart of the Chablis vineyards.<\/p>\n
Between the Auxerrois and Chablisien vineyards, the estate is made up of 36 hectares.<\/p>\n
The Gueguen\u2019s are passionate about conservation and respect towards the environment, aiming to create a wine representative of its terroir.<\/p>\n
