Limited edition from a 2.4-hectare of Clay-Limestone (Caillottes) vineyard. 7,000 bottles produced only.<\/p>\n
Fermentation in fine grained oak barrels from the local forests. Ageing 11 months in barrels with regular stirring of the lees, then 10 months in vats.<\/p>\n
Rich nose with notes of peach and mirabelle plum, enhanced by hints of vanilla and light toasting. The wine fills the mouth with elegance and power, revealing a vast aromatic palette of yellow fruit and minerality. A pleasant freshness accompanies the long, persistent finish.<\/p>\n
