San Fabiano covers 200 hectares divided into 3 large hilly plots facing south. They are at an altitude ranging from 240 to 400 meters above sea level. The estate was founded by Borghino di Taddeo Baldovinetti, who came from a noble Florentine family. The first document proving the existence of vineyards on the property is dated 1416.
