This wine is essentially a fresh and elegant expression of Roussanne on limestone. With the help of the altitude and cool climate of Mont Ventoux at around 300 meters, Quintessence Blanc combines concentration, minerality and saltiness.

Aging during one year in a concrete egg and 600L barrel on the lees.

"The 2023 Quintessence Blanc was made from 80% Roussanne and 20% Clairette, with 60% brought up in 10% new demi-muids and the rest in tank and concrete. Ripe pears, white flowers, spice, and subtle toasted notes all define the aromatics, and it's medium to full-bodied, with a beautiful texture and the fresh, pure, precise style of the vintage." - Jeb Dunnuck, 93 Points

"Aromas of ripe pear, lemon, white flowers and subtle exotic spices preface a medium-bodied and layered palate that is textural yet taut, with a core of stone and citrus fruit underpinned by bright acids and a discreetly saline finish." - Wine Advocate, 91 Points

100% Organic, 100% Biodynamic, 100% Vegan

Grape: 80% Roussanne, 20% Clairette

One of the three red single vineyards at Château Pesquié, Artemia Rouge is a purple color. The wine has an aromatic nose, with notes of violet flower, licorice, spices and fresh blackberry. On the palate, there is a velvety texture, aromas of strawberry, raspberry, graphite and violet flower, with a long and slightly peppery finish.

"A heady bouquet of rose petal lays over black cherry, clove, black tea leaf, and warm stone. The palate offers levity, with an acidic cut that enlivens its floral core. Fine herbs add depth to the midpalate and trails into a long, gentle, stony finish. Focused yet elegant, this is an approachable expression with undeniable grace. Editors' Choice" - Wine Enthusiast, 94 Points

"A blend of 80% Syrah and 20% Grenache, the 2022 Ventoux Artemia reflects what family member Fred Chaudière calls "a more northern expression of Syrah." Scents of menthol, pepper, violets and blueberries appear on the nose, while the medium to full-bodied palate is silky, focused and elegant, with a softly dusty finish. It should drink well for a decade or more." - Wine Advocate, 94 Points

Historical Cuvée of the Domaine produced since the XVII century with white Grenaches from « the Crau plateau », Clairettes, Roussannes, Bourboulencs, Picpouls, from the « Vallon de la Solitude ».

"Ripe stone fruits, chamomile, toast, and a beautiful sense of crushed stone-like minerality all emerge from the 2023 Châteauneuf Du Pape Blanc. It is a vibrant, medium-bodied white with integrated acidity, terrific balance, and outstanding length. It has a kiss of almost Burgundian-like reduction on opening. This classy white will drink nicely for a decade, if not longer." - Jeb Dunnuck, 93 Points

"A well-defined, precise and attractive Chateauneuf-du-Pape white with aromas of dried lemons, warm herbs, blanched almonds and pastry spices. Medium-bodied with fresh acidity adding drive and engagement. It's very precise and bright with a succulent, mouthwatering and persistent finish. From biodynamically grown grapes. Drink or hold." - James Suckling, 93 Points

Domaine de La Solitude

La Solitude belongs to one of the oldest families of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Their history goes back to the XVth century. From generation to generation, the Estate is still a family affair and is now run by Florent Lançon.
La Solitude stretches over 37 hectares of the best terroirs in Châteauneuf-du-Pape. The domain begins on “La Crau”, high terraces of the Rhône and then descends into the valley of la Solitude. It is a patchwork of terroirs ranging from sandy soils (safres) to clay and pebbles (galets roulés). Thirteen different grape varieties are cultivated there!
The vineyard has been practising organic viticulture for a long time and will be officially certified from 2021 vintage and biodynamic from 2022.

Beaulieu Vineyard (BV for labelling purposes) is a vineyard in California, belonging to the appellation Rutherford AVA. It was established by Georges de Latour in 1900.

Georges de Latour made many innovations in California’s wine industry. He advocated using small oak barrels for the aging certain varietals. This gave his wines a complexity and depth rarely seen before in the Golden State. Then, they became sought after on both coasts of the United States.

Tenute Cisa Asinari dei Marchesi di Grésy has been owned by the di Grésy family since 1797.
In the early 1970s Alberto di Grésy realized the potential of his vineyard and decided that he had to vinify his own grapes. In 1973 he produced his first vintage with the objective of transferring the class and character of the terroir, vineyards and varietal into the bottle.
Marchesi di Grésy only vinifies grapes coming from its properties, 45 hectares of vineyards divided among the Martinenga, Monte Aribaldo, La Serra and Monte Colombo estates.
Located between Asili and Rabaja, the Martinenga cru is 100% owned by di Gresy family. The vineyard is the only Langhe single owned “monopole”.
