Limestones, clay, sands terra rosa aswell as marls. Altitude: plots between 250 and 350 meters. Average age of the vines: 30 years.

"As usual, the 2022 Ventoux Terrasses is a 60-40 blend of Grenache and Syrah. The wood aging has been pared back to less than 5% of the volume, with the majority of the wine aged in stainless steel and concrete tanks. This vintage shows fabulous cherry fruit, with some blueberries and garrigue mixed in. It's full-bodied, plush, velvety and balanced, not overpowering or overly tannic, just delicious." - Wine Advocate, 93 Points

"A well-crafted, focused and lively Ventoux red with notes of dark cherries, currants, wild herbs and baking spices. Medium-bodied with finely grained tannins. Textural and focused with a transparent character. Vivid and well composed." - James Suckling, 93 Points

100% Organic, 100% Biodynamic, 100% Vegan

Grape: 60% Grenache, 40% Syrah

"The nose is intense and deeply layered, where scorched earth and iodine weave through overripe brambly fruit and truffle. The palate is harmonious, unfolding fresh blackberry, violet, garrigue, sage, and a dusting of cocoa powder. A granitic minerality defines the finish, softened by gentle acidity. Accessible now with decanting, this should be natural match for roasted or braised meats" - Wine Enthusiast, 93 Points

"A blend of 80% Syrah and 20% Grenache, fermented in concrete and then aged equally in concrete, demi-muids, and barrels, the Ventoux Quintessence 2022 seems to be one of the best examples I have tasted of this cuvée. On the nose, impressive aromas of blueberries are accompanied by raspberries and a touch of black olive, while the palate is full-bodied, richly concentrated and supple, with notes of licorice and mint on a long, velvety finish." - Wine Advocate, 94 Points

This wine is essentially a fresh and elegant expression of Roussanne on limestone. With the help of the altitude and cool climate of Mont Ventoux at around 300 meters, Quintessence Blanc combines concentration, minerality and saltiness.

Aging during one year in a concrete egg and 600L barrel on the lees.

"The 2023 Quintessence Blanc was made from 80% Roussanne and 20% Clairette, with 60% brought up in 10% new demi-muids and the rest in tank and concrete. Ripe pears, white flowers, spice, and subtle toasted notes all define the aromatics, and it's medium to full-bodied, with a beautiful texture and the fresh, pure, precise style of the vintage." - Jeb Dunnuck, 93 Points

One of the three red single vineyards at Château Pesquié, Artemia Rouge is a purple color. The wine has an aromatic nose, with notes of violet flower, licorice, spices and fresh blackberry. On the palate, there is a velvety texture, aromas of strawberry, raspberry, graphite and violet flower, with a long and slightly peppery finish.

"A heady bouquet of rose petal lays over black cherry, clove, black tea leaf, and warm stone. The palate offers levity, with an acidic cut that enlivens its floral core. Fine herbs add depth to the midpalate and trails into a long, gentle, stony finish. Focused yet elegant, this is an approachable expression with undeniable grace. Editors' Choice" - Wine Enthusiast, 94 Points

"A blend of 80% Syrah and 20% Grenache, the 2022 Ventoux Artemia reflects what family member Fred Chaudière calls "a more northern expression of Syrah." Scents of menthol, pepper, violets and blueberries appear on the nose, while the medium to full-bodied palate is silky, focused and elegant, with a softly dusty finish. It should drink well for a decade or more." - Wine Advocate, 94 Points

100% Organic, 100% Biodynamic, 100% Vegan

Situated at an elevation of 300m above sea level, this 65-year-old vineyard demonstrates the lively character of Grenache in a sandy terroir, which is quite tasty on its own, but enlivened by the floral aromatics so typical of Cinsault.

"A luxury cuvée from a single sandy site, the 2022 Ventoux Silica is 90% Grenache and 10% Cinsault, mostly fermented and aged in demi-muids. Explosive aromas of black cherries, stone fruit and dried spices burst forth on the nose, while the palate is full-bodied, broad and expansive but silky and crisp at the same time, with a long finish and a restrained touch of mocha. Exciting stuff." - Wine Advocate, 95 Points

"Coming from sandy, loamy soils, the 2022 Ventoux Silica is a gorgeous wine, offering a mix of red and black fruits, spice, and a subtle earthiness. More red-fruited than the Artemia, it has a beautifully polished, elegant profile with silky tannins and impeccable balance. It is a refined, seamless Ventoux that will drink well for a decade or more." - Jeb Dunnuck, 94 Points

"A wonderfully fresh expression of Brunello with orange rind, citrus and red cherries; but there’s also an overlay of riper, roasted herbs and incense. The palate is full yet reserved, with very fine tannins that fly linear and deep in the wine. Caressing texture. Reserved at the end. A real beauty. From organically grown grapes." - James Suckling, 96 Points

Tuscany

Tuscany is known for its landscapes, history and artistic legacy.

As the birthplace of the Italian Renaissance, the region has an incredible art and architecture heritage.

Tuscany is certainly the most famous of all Italian regions for its wines. Sangiovese reigns in all its forms in the vineyards of Chianti but also Montepulciano and Montalcino.

It is also the land of the Super Tuscan, the Bordeaux blend style that laid the foundation of some of the greatest Italian wines.

As a pairing with these wines, Tuscany cuisine is based on simplicity but high quality and certainly topped with Tuscan olive oil, recognized all over the world.

San Polino

San Polino is about 8 hectares of Sangiovese vineyards which lie in 3 different plots of land. They are located at San Polino and to the north of Montalcino to 450m asl.

It was the first farm in Montalcino to obtain Organic certification, in 1994.

The owners, Luigi and Katia, have a holistic attitude to viticulture.

They believe that they must respect, encourage and restore the biodiversity in the vineyard.

To fertilize the fields, they make their own compost using the stalks of the grape bunches, the pressed grape skins, all the green cuttings, from grass to pruning and animal dung.

They plant grasses and beans to add nitrogen and nutrients to the soil.
