Vineyards are located in the Monte Foscarino: basaltic-volcanic soil and south-east exposure of the vines. Selection from old vines, more than 40 years old.

"This is very intense with electric acidity. Dried apples, lemons and minerals with a salty undertone. Full-bodied with phenolic tension and an extremely long finish. Hints of oyster. Needs two or three years to show its greatness, but fantastic already." - James Suckling, 95 Points

"Foscarino as a modern-day muse. An inspiring wine that can lead to greater ideas. This profound wine opens with aromas of quince, roasted Fuji, preserved kumquats and an entire meadow full of flowers that encompasses all senses. Rich on the palate, yet stately the wine threads the needle as flavors of orange flower water, white peach, mint and honey flow into a sea of crushed shells and green almonds giving a salty, savory finish that languishes. Drink Now - 2040" - Wine Enthusiast, 97 Points & #12 The 2025 Top 100 Cellar Selection

Grape: 100% Garganega

“Our idea with Vulcaia was to make the area of Soave known – rather than through its classic wine – with an interpretation of Sauvignon grapes. This, having been grown on our zone’s volcanic soil, had given rise to a completely new version of the French variety, with fragrances and flavors that could hardly be traced back to its typical varietal notes: a demonstration of the fact that it is the terroir and its characteristics that overshadow the variety, and not vice versa.”

The label depicts a study of the perspective of the Italian architect, Sebastiano Serlio (1475-1554) taken from “La Scena Tragica” of 1545.

Grape: 100% Sauvignon Blanc

“I Palchi” is a geographical term used to indicate a series of wide terraces, lined with 50 years old Garganega vines. This single plot of 2.5ha is located on Monte Foscarino in the Soave Classico area.

"Wow. This is fantastic with mangoes, lemons, pears and hints of vanilla. Mineral, too. It’s full-bodied with bright fruit and a vivid finish. Lots of minerals. A selection of the best grapes of Inama in the grand cru Foscarino. Much less use of barrels than in the past with large casks and stainless. Superb." - James Suckling, 97 Points

Grape: 100% Garganega

Vineyards are located in the Monte Foscarino: basaltic-volcanic soil and south-east exposure of the vines. Selection from old vines, more than 40 years old.

"Showing beautiful aromatic intensity, the 2021 Soave Classico Foscarino pours from the bottle with soft orchard fruit, tropical tones and a distinctive mineral note of crushed oyster shell or volcanic ash.
