This is a new range of Rum from Château du Breuil.
After distillation and maturation in their original country, all the rums are matured for several months in the cellars of the premium Calvados producer before being bottled. The refining by the Cellar Master is different for each origin.

THE MATURING OF THE CELLAR MASTER

This rum from Thailand has been matured for several months in the cellars of Château du Breuil. Its stay in American oak barrels gives it notes of coconut, pepper and liquorice.

TASTING NOTES

COLOR: Old gold

NOSE: A nose marked by plants with scents of liquorice, sage and bergamot. The whole is enhanced by notes of lime zest and pepper.

MOUTH: The palate is marked by warm flavors such as dark chocolate and caramel. The vegetal notes are more discreet. A final on the delicacy of coconut.
