"Perfumed with sweet berry, fresh flower and cedar aromas that follow through to a medium-bodied palate with firm and chewy tannins and a fresh finish. Very classy and structured. Extremely long. Give it time to open." - James Suckling, 98 Points

"The ruby/garnet 2019 Brunello Di Montalcino has a very appealing nose with notes of candied cherries, orange peel, anise, white pepper, and dried roses. Savory and snappy, this medium-bodied Brunello is not lacking for structure and has wonderful energy propelling the wine forward on the palate, angular ripe tannins, and a surge of mineral lift. It’s a gorgeous, classic Brunello that should have plenty of longevity" - Jeb Dunnuck, 96 Points

Grape: 100% Sangiovese

"An extremely pure and elegant vintage for Seña. This is really fresh, nimble and floral on the nose with subtle cherries, plums, redcurrants and wild lavender. More red fruit here with lots of layers and just a touch of sweet spice. Very discreet and subtle, with the elegance, freshness and poise you’d expect from 2021. Medium- to full-bodied on the palate with a bit more flesh and depth if you compare it with Roca de Seña, their second wine. The impeccable tannins show the supreme quality of the fruit this year. Persistent, seamless finish, but comes in a subtle way. Effortlessly drinkable now, but it will age beautifully." - James Suckling, 100 Points

Parafada Cru has very compact soil with lots of clay. Typically shows much of tannin and masculinity. Only 1.13 hectare / 4,500 bottles a year produced by Massolino!

"With fruit from 60- to 65-year-old vines in Serralunga d'Alba, the Massolino 2019 Barolo Parafada is vibrant and bright with very pretty aromas of wild cherry, blue flower, iron ore and rusty nail. The wine displays very pretty intensity but remains balanced all the while. There is a lot of precision and definition in this well-structured Nebbiolo. Be patient with this wine." - Wine Advocate, 97+ Points

Grape: 100% Nebbiolo

"There is a massive amount of pleasure to be found in the 2012 Amarone della Valpolicella Monte Lodoletta. It blends elegance with power while contrasting rich dark fruits against sweet herbal tones and spices to create a seductive expression from start to finish. Cherry and plum sauce, lavender, mint and sage can all be found upon first pour, yet it’s the developing notes of rum cake, mocha and licorice that complete the picture perfectly. This is velvety and pliant in texture yet not weighty, all balanced by juicy acids, tart fruits and just a hint of grippy tannins..." - Vinous, 96 Points

Ao Yun

The vineyards are situated at altitudes ranging from 2,200 to 2,600 meters. They are nestled in the foothills of the Himalayas, close to the mythical city of Shangri-La.

Approximately half of the 27 hectares currently cultivated were initially planted with engrafted rootstock in 2000, consisting solely of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc.

The LVMH team expanded the vineyard in 2013, adding Merlot, Petit Verdot, Syrah.

The Ao Yun terroir benefits from extraordinary climatic conditions, mirroring those found in Bordeaux.

The name Ao Yun translates to “flying above the clouds,” alluding to the cloud-covered peaks that surround the vineyards.

The 2018 vintage marks the inaugural release of a Chinese grand cru through the Bordeaux négociant system.
